The short version

TTW Player is a media player. We don't sell your personal information, we don't run ads, and we only collect what we need to keep the app working and to help you when you ask for support. This notice is written with the Australian Privacy Principles in mind.

What we may collect

• Basic device and app info — such as device type, Android version and the TTW Player version you're running, so the app can check for updates and we can work out compatibility.
• Crash or error details — if the app sends a crash or error report, it may include technical details like the app version and device model. It isn't used to identify you.
• Support emails — if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

What we don't collect

We don't provide channels or content, and we don't collect or keep a record of what you watch. Your playlist sign-in details (provider code or Xtream login) are stored on your device so the app can connect to your provider — we don't receive them.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn't use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Our web host and network provider may keep standard server logs (like IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

Only to run and improve the app, deliver updates, fix bugs and answer your support requests. We don't sell, rent or trade personal information.

Sharing

We only share information with service providers that help us run the site, app downloads or email (for example, hosting and email forwarding), or if the law requires it. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia.

Keeping it and your choices

We keep support emails only as long as we need them to help you. You can ask to see, correct or delete information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing support@ttwplayer.stream. If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Changes

If we update this notice, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
